Song of Freedom
Tho Tho was the eldest of her siblings. Out of desperation, her family believed the lies and false promises of a local trafficking agent. They sent Tho Tho with him to a factory which in reality was a home where for months she would be raped by a man and enslaved to his family.
Her escape was not an instant rescue, it took weeks of accumulating scrap materials and knotting them together, to finally descend and have her feet touch freedom.
